It also said that my Credit card would not be charged until it was shipped. BS !! My account was charged immediately and no word on if or when the canopy will be shipped."

"Installed my new canopy several days ago and am very pleased so far. The quality of fabric and manufacture looks very good. I like the light colour of the netting too as it makes the inside brighter.
Only little hitch is when it rains there are small drips from around the velcro straps that wrap around the trusses. My old canopy never had these wraps and they were never needed.

"While I saw 2 different items with similar sizes, I initially chose the smaller one, which did not fit. I then ordered this one and it fits perfectly. I also like the fact that this one has Velcro ties to 'attach' it to the supports.
The return for the first one went smoothly. I was hoping to ship it back via another carrier, rather than the pre- printed Fed Ex return label, as I thought it might be cheaper. However, I discovered it was cheaper to use the Fed Ex label. This was super easy.. just dropped it off at a Fed Ex office and off it went."

"Seems like good product, but harder to adapt for smaller swing since the rep who answered the phone seemed weak on product knowledge for this item as well info for an small awning so she was not very helpful. Better instructions for how the clips need to be placed for strength and overlapping on different size swings."
