"I ordered a replacement canopy from Garden Winds for a gazebo I bought from Big Lots in 2010. It arrived within a few days of my order. Unfortunately, I discovered that I had ordered the wrong canopy, so I returned it. I received a prompt refund of my money, minus shipping costs. I searched their website and was able to locate the correct canopy. This one also arrived within a few days of my order. I finally got it put up this morning. It was a tight fit, and one of the grommets that goes under the finial on one corner came off. It was hard to get the velcro straps tightened. It looks great, though, and all in all, I think it it a good value for the money."

"sorry not so catchy, but we are very happy with our new canopy. Like the grommets, they let water drain unlike our last one which after a rain, we'd have to take a broom to lift it and dump water off that had pooled. Left nasty looking black areas. Also like the fact that the tiny canopy on top is connected to the rest. Great idea!"

"I purchased my gazebo from Home Depot several years ago, and could not order a new canopy from them because the gazebo was discontinued. So I went online and found Garden Winds, ordered my canopy and it looks great. Didn't have to wait long for it to arrive from California and I was advised by email on its whereabouts and arrival date. Kudos to a great company. "
"This was my first on-line purchase. The canopy is too big, the wind blows underneath and the rain accumulates on the top, I would have returned it however Garden Winds charge $45.00 + I have to pay the shipping to return it from Canada to USA. I realize that the advertising material did mention the risk that this universal top might not fit. It's unfortunate that there is not sales rep. in the area. If you have any suggestions to solidify the canopy pls let me know. Thank you. "

"First rain the canopy caught water. Added 8 more water grommets and replaced all 4 cheap end grommets. Needs more tie downs on corners for wind as top nearly blew off.....

"It took two of us an entire day to get the lower canapy on. The fabric is very nice but has no give. You need to take the arms loose from the top and really pull to get on. You will most likely tear at least one of the reinforced corners. The top is just as difficult and now you are trying to stretch it blind. Remember you will be doing most of the pulling on a ladder. There are no instructions provided and customer service only tells you to loosen the top supports and that it may take several people to pull and stretch. I think they need to redesign the top. I would have returned but I could find no other tops that fit."
