"The cover we ordered arrived quickly. But that's where things went downhill. It didn't fit. We wanted to exchange it for another. We couldn't find another on the web site. Two tries to the chat portion of the web site yielded no one available to answer either time. An email went unanswered. Finally a phone call to customer service to get assistance gave us an agent who didn't speak English well, didn't appear to understand our question and finally told us no such product existed. We sent the one we had back for a refund. Too bad: it seemed of good quality. "
