"We are waiting on this order. When I spoke with a customer service rep I was told they did not know when this order could be filled. They had to wait to find someone with the product who has the instructions? I'm not really sure how it works however, if we are unable to have this order filled I hope we will be advised in a timely fashion so we can look for alternate options.

"What can I say? The canopy does not fit. I have replaced the canopy with the stock manufacturers product twice with no issues. I paid a premium for this canopy and it does not fit without modifications. The modification to the structure was to cut 1/2" from each corner tube. This allowed me, with extreme effort, to fit the Garden Winds Canopy. The mosquito netting is easily installed but it cannot be closed completely as the panels are not wide enough to go all the way around, even with the corner velcro fasteners disconnected. Also the netting sections are different lengths, varying up to 2", so they look bad and the zippers can't go to a stop. This is not a superior product but rather a shabbily made piece. At this point who cares what it is made from, or how nice the folks at Garden Winds were, or how quickly it shipped?"

"This my third bench swing canopy from Garden Winds . The material is too thin, and rips easily after 2 years. You should offer a canvas/nylon type thicker material as an option.
