"I wrote this in the previous survey when I made my most recent purchase. We bought the previous edition of Riplock (350) ($140, plus tax and shpg = $159.44), and it shredded within 2 yrs in a benign undwindy SoCal environment, unlike the promise in the video that comes up when you get into the website. Have now purchased the more expensive ($189.99, plus tax and shpg = $213.19) version 500, and hope that it actually works as advertised (promised? guaranteed?). Have not yet installed the 500, but will within the next couple weeks. If this performs as poorly as the 350 RipLock???, we will be very dissatisfied with the product and with Garden Winds, and will let our displeasure be known accordingly."
