"I've been a Garden Winds customer for about 10 years now. They seem to be the only vendor that I could find that supplies replacement cushions and canopies for outdoor furniture. Such is the pity. The cushions I received were OK, not great, but OK. This canopy was a bit tight to fit on one side. I could make it fit, but I'm afraid that with time it will tear along the seam. Time will tell. Also the color of the cushions did not match the canopy.twincam95

The customer service is horrendous. My first question to them was where could I find the replacement rods necessary to attach the canopy. Their reply, we don't carry them. I said I know, but could they send me to another source or offer any advice. They answered a flat NO! Rather than take the time to help me research it, just a NO!

I finally had an epiphany that I maybe I could use some flexible tubing that I had bought for a brake bleeding operation I had completed. I had some tubing left over, and voila, it worked. So back to the internet to order the goods.

I had a $10.00 coupon that I had received with an earlier order, and when ordering online, there was no option to use it. I called customer service again to inquire how to use it. They said I had used it once, and could not use it again. I explained that I had been a customer for over 10 years, and giving me $10.00 off a $325.00 order was really not a big deal. Again, I received a FLAT NO!

In the future I may just buy a new swing set rather than deal with these clods again!"

"It was disappointing after opening the box to find out I did not get the side netting as shown in the picture. All that was provided was the top covering. I do believe the last time I ordered this replacement set, it was a set complete with side netting to keep the bugs out."
