"I have contacted customer service each time I have ordered from Garden Winds. Once with questions about the product and most recently to modify my order. Each time I have had a great response from the customer service rep. This order is a re-order because we are very hard on our canopies. We have tree branches that rub on them and kids that throw toys up on them etc. Great product, would probably last longer without our abuse and even better customer service. I like to know I can call and actually talk to someone that will help me."

"I always have to alter my canopy to fit. The top part is too high and I have to take it in about 4 to 5 inches. There needs to be a grommet ring in the middle of each canopy side as the water always pools there. I can do this myself but it is expensive to buy the kit. I think the grommet thing applies to every canopy, not just mine. I have been getting canopies from you for 8 years so these are design flaws. Hope this feed back helps."
"I ordered a replacement canopy for my cantilever umbrella. It arrived promptly and is a perfect fit. After installing it we noticed a stain on one of the panels. After sending in a picture of the stain, Garden Winds offered to replace it or refund 50% of the original price. We chose the replacement option and it is already on the way. Could not ask for better service!"

"The wind got to our existing gazebo canopy and tore it all up. I ordered the replacement canopy when I found it on Garden Winds at a very reasonable price (with thought that we might be replacing the entire gazebo if the replacement price was too high so I was very happy with the price and my husband thrilled that he doesn't have to undo the entire structure which is drilled into our concrete deck). I ordered early so that we would have it when we wanted to put it up. It's late Feb and still very windy in Northern Florida, so it may be a few more weeks before we actually do the replacement. I like the replacement color --a warm beige in lieu of the original grey) so am looking forward to having it on the frame. "
