"When we placed our order for the large Protective Swing Cover it was on back order and that was fine. When we received the cover, it didn't seem as heavy duty as I had hoped and expected it to be comparable to the cover we were replacing after 15 years. Here it is less than 6 months and one wind storm later and it's already damaged along the zipper area. This was with the covered swing put away for the winter in a covered and semi protected area. Needless to say, feeling disappointed."

"I was very disappointed that Walmart didn't sell replacement tops for thier hexagon gazebo I purchased there in 2009 I was able to mend it a couple of times but this last year no more .
I was happy to see my gazebo on the garden winds web and way better quality thicker and nicer. Color too
I'm in Canada so I haven't put it up yet but it is definitely better quality than the original one .

"The item I was looking to replace was easily located and I only had to order the part that I needed. Since the box and instructions were long gone, I was able to find the right canopy based on where I had originally purchased the item and I only had to order the top and not the side panels (although I could have if I needed to). From there it was easy. We received the item quickly even though no special shipping was requested. I still have a couple of months before spring. "

"My experiences with Garden Winds customer service has always been very satisfactory. The only issue I have with is the actual product that I purchase. I have only been able to find the replacement canopy for my gazebo from Garden Winds and the canopy's are not of the same quality as the original and have to replace it every 18 months to 24 months. The original lasted over 5 years. Garden Winds replaced the canopy once without any issue when it ripped after only having it 3 months. I love the size and the structure of my gazebo so until I decide to buy something else to replace it I guess I'm stuck."
"I've had my COSTCO ARCHED FRAME SWING (the only reason I know that's what it's called is because there was a picture of it on the Garden Winds website) probably well over 10 years now. The swing is very well built and will probably last another 10 years or more. Unfortunately, the cushion was becoming warn and torn. This cushion (LCM690CUSH) fit perfectly and looks and feels as good as the original. Will buy again in 5 or 10 years."
