"I ordered my replacement canopy for my garden swing in May of 2015. I was disappointed that it was backordered until the end of July, but still pleased I had found the exact one I need. In early August I contacted the company to see why I hadn't received it and was tokd it would be another month or so. After that I heard nothing at all, and had given up ever receiving it. Fortunately, I did not throw out the swing.... Mid-january 2016 I got an email saying it was ready to ship, and received it shortly after. It looks like the right one but I am unable to fit it because it's the end of January and all my garden furniture is packed up for winter. Hoping it will fit when I can finally get outside, as I'm sure there are no returns after 6 months. The two feet of snow here are keeping me from getting to the swing at present. I think the delay was excessive. And better communication would be a plus."

"As we were international buyers they would not sell to us, although put the amount for the product on hold for over a week. The only way they would send us the product was if we could use a cashiers check, which we could not as we have no USA Bank Account. There is no where else we can buy the product from and now have a furniture set for which replacement cushions, available to anyone in the US are unavailable to us. We even offered to wire the money, to wait for any funds to be cleared.... but they would not budge."
"After a long search on the internet for the Costco Swing Cushion Replacement, we were excited to find it was available at Garden Winds. We gave it 4 stars only because it was folded into thirds during shipment. It left two permanent indentations in the cushion that will never come out. It will forever be 'lumpy' but as the saying goes, "something is better than nothing.""
