"We needed a replacement canopy for our gazebo. This canopy fits perfectly and much heavier than the original canopy. Ordered it in Nutmeg and it's a beautiful medium dark brown. Very happy with this product !"
"I ordered a canopy top for my gazebo. 7 days later I had it. 3000 miles. Too-coo-fer-schoo!! Thank you kindly. "
"Delivered as promised and as advertised."
"Came on time, correct product"
"Great products and fast delivery"
"Canopy cover was shipped as promised. Would purchase from in the future."
"They had my previous order and was able to reorder with no problem. Item was on sale and shipping was fast and minimal."
"We have been buying replacement canopy for years from Gardenwinds. But the last couple or so have been very disappointing, the last one started linking 2 days after we put it up. We always bought their topline of canopy. We will be searching for a new company for our next one."
"I went onto the Garden Winds website as soon as I saw there was a site-wide sale on canopies.
It seems all the canopies on back order, I'm guessing these are the popular ones, were not on sale nor was a sale price offered after the canopy was expected to be back in stock. Of course the canopy I need is on back order. I don't mind that it's on back order, I get it. However, why was a sale-price not offered? Unfortunately since GW is pretty much the only game in town, I was stuck purchasing my FULL PRICED canopy with them. Why were all the in-stock canopies on your website on sale and the back ordered canopies not on sale even though they are coming in (e.g. they are not discontinued)? Please know that I have never given a 1-star or horrible review to any item or service but this shifty way of doing business definitely deserves a poor review. "
"I purchased Garden Winds' Replacement Canopy for ShelterLogic Sequoia Gazebo (stock # LCM1523B-RS) hoping it would be superior to Shelterlogic's original cover. In some ways it is but not in others. The fit is spot on, no complaints there. The fabric seems to be a little heavier and more durable but only time will tell. Garden Winds' construction however is inferior. The original Shelterlogic cover had double-lapped double-stitched lap-felled seams throughout. This is a very strong, reliable type of seam. Garden Winds' seams are essentially no-lap single stitched with separate lock-stitched hems that hang down. This is a much weaker seam construction that makes rows of needle holes right through the canopy. Anyone with a craft ethic who makes tents or awnings would know better. You would have to seam-seal these rows to make GW's canopy equal to Shelterlogic's for weather tightness. Failing that, big raindrops are going to splatter right through all those needle holes.
So I feel like Garden Winds is mainly interested in constructing great BS for their web pages but cynical creeps about the quality of product they palm off on people that way. "
"Garden Winds provides link to text a photo and measurements of item if you don't have model number. Perfect fit for my swing canopy. Fast service!! "
"Very satisfied with ordering and getting here to be delivered. Ordered before and we are very satisfied with the Pergola Canopy. "
"I did not know what type of gazebo I had and needed to replace the roof. I texted a picture and within no time a response came with the recommendation of which roof to order. I ordered it and it fits perfectly! Thank you!"
"Got it right first time
Thanks"
"Great experience. Everything shipped that was ordered. Everything was in good condition."
