"For the last few years I HAVE BEEN BUYING REPLACEMENT CANOPIES FROM GARDEN WIND’S THESE CANOPIES WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO TEAR AND THEY ALSO HAD A WARRANTY ON THEM AND EACH TIME THE CANOPIES HAVE TORN, I CALL GARDEN WIND’S and THEY OFFER TO SEND ME ANOTHER CANOPY BUT IT WILL COST , ABOUT HALF OF WHAT I PAID FOR THE ONE THAT RIPPED. THIS HAPPEN 3 YEARS IN A ROW. I KELP ORDERING FROM GARDEN WIND BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WERE THE ONLY GET A REPLACEMENT CANOPY. BUT I WAS WRONG, SO IF SOMEONE NEEDS A NEW CANOPY CHECK OUT OTHER PLACES. PLEASE TRUST ME THEY DON’T STANT BEHIDE THERE PRODUCT. THE CANOPY REPLACEMENT THAT THEY WOULD ALWAYS SEND ME BACK AT A COST WAS ALWAYS ALOWER GRADE MATERIAL AND ALWAYS RIPPED "

"I purchased a cushion for a swing and I ordered the wrong one. The box did not contain a packing slip or invoice. I called customer service for instructions on returning it. I was sent an email with instructions that are very vague about what charges to pre-pay. It states to pre-pay for customs brokerage services but no explanation as to why??? It also states that all refunds are subject to a $45.00 deduction to recover their cost of shipping, duties and custom brokerage!!!!! I already paid over $36.00 to have this item shipped to me and fully understand that will be deducted from my total refund. I would think that my total shipping charges would have included all of their costs in it. I will anxiously await to see the amount I am credited for the return but this is definitely the last time I will purchase from this company. On a positive note, the representative I spoke with at customer service was very kind and pleasant to speak with."
