"I ordered a replacement canopy for my gazebo. Got the canopy in pretty good time. That was the good part of the purchase. The canopy I received wasn't what I ordered. The one I ordered had brown trim across the bottom. The one I received didn't and it was the wrong color and didn't match my gazebo. I talked to customer service. She said the one I received was what I ordered. I know that wasn't true because, like I said, the one I ordered had brown trim. I just returned it today. It costs me $72 to return the canopy to Garden winds. The total I paid for the canopy counting the return was $72 (return cost) + $8.95 (S&H to me) +127.40 (Canopy Cost) for a total I spent on this canopy at $208.35. I was told I could return it for a refund not including the S&H. I am expecting $127.40. I spent 208.35 and I get back 127.40. I lost $81 in this deal and it was their error. I will not order from them again or recommend them to friends."
