"This is the second cover I bought from Garden Winds. The first fit very well. However, this replacement fit much to tight at the corners. Placed on the same gazebo, the material tore away from the corner decoration holes. I was careful to check that each corner panel was correctly aligned before installation, but when cover was fully stretched across, the canvas tore away from the metal decoration hole in three of the corners. You need to reinforce the corners with two layers of canvas, and make the length a little longer on each side to account for the accumulation of tolerance."

"Purchased my Canopy was delivered and the next day it went on sale. Called customer service and they refused to honor the sale price. I was told if I returned the canopy I would be charged for both shipping fees.. Really POOR customer service. This is my third purchase from them guess they no longer want my business

"Received our replacement canopy for our outdoor swing we purchased from Wal-Mart many years ago in PA. We were very happy that it fit perfectly and matches the brown throw pillows that came with the set. It is nice to know there is a site that you can get replacement items for things you purchased in any major store in the past. Great job Garden Winds for keeping these things in stock! We currently live in SC and the hot sun will make replacing it happen more often.
