"Poor stitching. The seams leaked a small amount at first. I noticed that you can see light through the stitching. After the first two rains it was leaking quite a bit and also right through the middle of the fabric. This canopy is very porous. It leaks like I put up a bed sheet. When it rains all the cushions on the furniture get soaked.

Contacted customer support and their reply was - Its not water proof.. What the heck good is that. However their website clearly shows a picture of water beading up and rolling off the canopy.

Buy the manufacture replacement instead! These are crappy canopies! The screening is cheaply made - not as strong as the original manufacturer"
