"It took me a while to find time to test the size, so I waited before leaving a review. The package arrived timely and was in great shape. I had my grandson help me take the old one off today and the replacement canopy fits perfectly! I took it down until next year, but am so happy I don't have to return it and after much hesitation in not knowing what to order, this one fit the bill perfectly. I hope it lasts a while since this is my first year in my house and having a deck gazebo. Thanks, Garden Winds!"

"Initially, I called to speak to someone about the canopy as I didn't have a model number nor the box. The website was helpful to assist me to locate the canopy replacement. I wasn't sure about the additional hooks for the frame etc, so I called and spoke to a customer service person. She asked me to send pictures, which I did and I sent a detailed email about my questions and my questions about the canopy fabric. I was disappointed in the response. I don't believe she knew enough about the product at all I was sent a link that didn't work. So I called again and spoke to a different person. She was a little more helpful but still my initial questions weren't answered. She was able to give me the canopy selection that would best fit our frame based on the design and where purchased. I was hesitant to order as I didn't really want to send it back if it didn't fit. However, seeing as my original canopy was ripped and a part had been missing, I was eager to find a replacement. It arrived several days later and I am very happy to report that it does fit nicely. The pocket corners seem to be quite tight and slightly off line but we hope that it will stretch slightly. I ordered the Riplock Canopy as I want some more durability. I had specific questions about this fabric, however they weren't answered as I don't believe the customer service people really know what the product looks like or what is on the canopy itself. I am pleased with the canopy and I am happy to have a replacement after all of my searching. Even when I referred to the specific part on the website they didn't know what I meant. So I am overall happy with the product and I hope to have a longer use from this. Thanks. I would suggest that the customer service reps be more verse about the product itself. "

"This is the third time I've ordered this product over the years. It lasts exactly as I would expect in the Arizona desert. The covers typically lasted a solid 18 months before they were torn.
Note- this cover is baking in the 100 plus degree heat with less than 20% humidity for over 100 days.

"I ordered a canopy on a Friday and selected next-day shipping, because I wanted to receive the item for the long holiday weekend. When I noticed the next day that it had not shipped yet, I called, and was told that I missed their ship-it-out-today deadline by about 10 minutes. I then asked if it could be shipped next-day now (Saturday), so I could at least receive it on Sunday, and they said they don't ship on the weekends. And because Monday is a holiday, the item would not ship out until Tuesday, with a Wednesday arrival. So the one-day shipping I paid for would actually be five days after I placed the order. So I canceled the order and bought the canopy somewhere else. Unfortunate. All this because I was 10 minutes after a deadline I never would have known existed had I not called and inquired. They did earn the second star because the person on the phone was very nice when I asked to cancel the order. "
