"I was very pleased that they don't charge your credit card until they have the product ready to ship. Unlike a competitor (Sunjoy Direct) that charges your credit card immediately and then a few days later credits back a lesser amount with no explanation. Leaving you to find their web site now lists the item out of stock and of course no reply to emails.
Unfortunately, the canopy shipped is about 1.5 inches to short on one side to fit the frame. I will modify my frame to make it work."
