"I'm very disappointed with the replacement cushions that I paid $573.04 for and waited 2 months to receive. The back cushions did not include the buttons that were on the original set the I purchased from Sam's Club. When I called Customer Service I was told that the descriptions of the cushions stated that the cushions contained the dimple. I admit I didn't read the description because when I saw the picture of my set it showed the cushions with the buttons so I ordered that set. For $573 I expected to see a the exact cushions that came with the original patio set. How much more would it have cost your company to add the buttons? I'm sure there is a very large profit margin built in that would cover the buttons. The cushions look ridiculous and unfinished for $573.04. I will never use your company again and will let my family and friends know how disappointed I am with my "after-market" replacement cushions."

"Your replacement canopy is too small by about 3 or 4 inches, making it IMPOSSIBLE to install. I had to cut frame support bars, 8 of them, with a hacksaw in order for the replacement canopy to fit. I would have attempted to return it, but after reading numerous other online reviews, came to the conclusion that the effort would be another waste of my time. The actual quality of the replacement canopy remains to be seen. Feel free to ask my opinion in another six months on that."
