I am out over $40.00 because of shipping cost from this company and they don't reimburse! Even if you return the merchandise the same, which I did. An employee - also states that they have a prepaid return label but if you use the label, your refund amount will be deducted $10.00. Huh? It's a courtesy? So you're telling me that if I decide to use the prepaid label I'll still have to pay FedEx and you all as well?

They make it impossible for you to be reimbursed and harass you for good survey results. Stick with your people in your cities, head to office deposit, lowes, sam's club, etc in person.
