"I ordered my first awning for $250 (last one), and it was lost in shipment. I had to order a 2nd one for $359 (which came NEXT DAY!), but Amazon has promised me a refund of the difference.
In the process of having to contact Amazon for the lost shipment, I emailed Garden Winds and was VERY impressed with their quick response to my email. They quickly responded to my request for contact information from Amazon (it's hard to find a contact number at Amazon.com).
I'm not sure whose fault the lost shipment was, but do appreciate the customer service I received.
