"I have to say "This Company Rocks!" I ordered a replacement canopy (early in the morning) and received it, however it didn't fit. I realized the order was wrong, so I re-ordered the correct one on July 4th.
Instructions were provided to return the wrong canopy, so we tried to repack it clean and carefully, and sent it back.
Their shipments are so precise. 3-day shipping came on the 7th for the new canopy. The credit for my returned canopy came shortly after.
The new canopy fits and looks great. I upgraded to the riplock and so far, no complaints.
A point to note- on the San Rafael replacement - the corners fit Really tight. Could have used another inch. I hope the seams don't tear as it took 2 of us and some struggle to get the canopy on.
