"After holding on the phone for 2 hours and 20 minutes on a Saturday, my day off; I hung up and ordered online. I wanted to verify with someone before I placed my order to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Unfortunately, I did not receive what I thought I was getting. So we now have to modify pieces of our gazebo in order to use what we received. I should have just bought an entire new gazebo. For the price I paid and what I received I would have been better off. "While we like the look of the canopy--color, fabric--after the first rain, it developed sags between supports that don't completely disappear after the canopy dries. I expect the grommet is in place to drain from these sag points, but the canopy is now generally sagging around those locations. During rain, at least one spot now sags past the grommet as the drain point, so water still pools and it doesn't drain fully unless we push up on the canopy. The sags get better when it dries, but it's never as tight and flat as the original. All that said, it does look better than the faded, spotted canopy we had. I'm just concerned with how long it will last if it's already sagging a couple months after installation."

"This last canopy seemed nice, however, after putting it up and rains came, it doesn't keep the rain out. Rain drips down all over. I'm a little disappointed with this. However, the order date below is for an order which is on back order, that I haven't received yet. This comment is for an order that I sent a little earlier and have received.
