"I'm very dissatisfied because it's too small to fit the frame. The only way I could get the corners on the frame was to remove a bolt from one of the corners and lift the bar up to where I could stretch the corner slot over it and then had to use a rope and pulley system to get the bolt back in. It was impossible to get the cover over the bars on the sides. One is ripped already from trying to get it on so I just left the others It's clearly too tight and I'm concerned it won't last long. I'm hoping it will last the summer, but have my doubts about how well it will hold up in a wind. I would have sent it back, but I really need shade on my deck and don't want to have to wait for another to be shipped to me. I won't order another replacement cover from Garden Winds. "

"Overall, this is a good product. I just received my second one last week to replace one I bought last year because of ripping in two of the points of tension. I had to cut the frame down on each of the corners to get the top to fit and seems fine after that until a small storm and the ripping began.
I put the new one up yesterday and by simply pulling the pocket over the post, the pocket ripped where it was attached to the top. My plan is to take it to a local upholstery shop to see if I can be repaired so I don't have to wait so long to get a replacement. If the first top lasted through one season and the second wouldn't have ripped during install I would give at least a 4 star."

"Satisfied with customer service - information about the back-order was correct and the item arrived when promised. The canopy does seem to be of a much higher quality than the original, but it was very difficult to attach to the frame as it was very tight. I am very irked to have spent a substantial amount on the gazebo only to have to replace the canopy within two years."
