"There was no back order status on the website at the time I ordered so I expected to get word of shipment a couple days after I ordered, when that didn't occur I contacted customer service who told me it was back ordered until July 17. Much to my surprise, a few days after my call, I received an email saying it was sent; the following week it was delivered. The replacement slings were a late Father's Day gift to fix my husband's double sided swing. We haven't been able to use the swing for years so he is thrilled it is fixed, though we have not been able to enjoy it much since receiving the slings due to rainy weather. "

"A few hours after placing an order, I realized the item was not as shown in the picture. It was only a top they were sending, not the top and sides as pictured. I called to cancel the order and they refused because it had a tracking number and was on the dock to be loaded. Fed Ex had not picked up the package and it was confirmed it was still in the possession of Garden Winds. The rude customer service manager I spoke to advised they were not going to take the time to pull the package from the dock and I would be charged shipping even if I refused the package at my door. I had to intervene with my CC company and FedEx to refuse the package which was ultimately returned by FedEx to Garden Winds. "
