"This is my 3rd canopy from Garden Winds. It holds up really well. I've had my Gazebo for about 10 years. I never take it down during the winter and I live in the rainy Pacific Northwest. Extremely high winds took out the canopy one year and snow ruined it another time. I may start taking the canopy down during the winter. If I do I know I'll have the canopy for at least 15 years. Best product ever."

I contacted your company and advised that I was returning it. Spoke to Rachelle in your Customer Service Dept. Upon discussion as to what canopy I required she advised that I take a picture of the gazebo frame and forward it to her. I did and within a couple of hours she was able to show me the correct canopy for my needs .
