The shipping charges for each of the items (already high), were added together even thought the order was shipped in one box. The published list price (non discounted) for this Fedex shipment is $25.95, I was charged $32.43. I'm sure Garden Winds made a significant profit on the sale of the product. Additional profit on the shipping is uncalled for."

"I purchased a replacement canopy through Home Depot and was told it was on back order until MId July. This was in May. I then proceeded to find you site and try to get the canopy direct from you. You supply is also on back order. I saw that you had a universal canopy which I purchased. Immediately following my confirmation email, I noticed a note which stated" This canopy will not fit my frame. I checked the finer details and found this to be true and canceled the order. Thank you for that note.
With all that, I am still waiting for Home Depot to receive their back order an then send me my order. I had hoped that you would be able to get me my canopy sooner, but you cannot so I am still having to wait until mid July with half the summer over and events I had hoped to have with my Riplock Canopy in will not happen now as all the dates have now passed. I love this entire unit which is why I want the replacement parts. It is just disappointing that I it is on back order at this time of year. The side netting came in 2 months ago and wish that the top had come first. It is what it is though. So for now that is my story and will continue to wait."
