"When I placed my order it said there were 2 products in stock. I placed my order and when I didn't receive it in the time that they said I would, I called them. They said they didn't have any and I will have to wait until August 30th when then get more in stock. I never received any notification from them that it was not being delivered. Why did it say there were 2 in stock if they had none. This is just poor business."

"Item was over a month on backorder. I originally bought the Gazebo from Target - Stay away!! They no longer carry that model and the quality of the original canopy only lasted 3 years. Now I have to wait until mid July to get the replacement canopy before I can use the gazebo - Man that is the worst customer service I have experienced in years."
"The product I bought appeared on the website as "Fabric Cleaner Concentrate" and was touted as the best product available to clean mildew and other stains off gazebo canopies. The product I received was labeled "Multi-Surface Cleaner" and did literally NOTHING to clean ANYTHING off my canopy. I will get a refund, but I had to pay for shipping to receive and now also shipping to return the product. Awful service since I trusted Gardenwinds to sell me a product that is what it says it is and does what it says it will do on the website. Now I am just out the money and my time for no benefit at all."
