"THE CANOPY I ORDERED LOOKS CHEAP THE CANOPY THAT I REPLACED THIS CANOPY WITH LOOKED AND FELT MUCH STRONGER, I HAD THAT ONE FOR 3 YEARS, and I paid less FOR THE OTHER CANOPY , I THINK THIS CANOPY WAS MISS-REPRESENTED IN THE ADD THAT I PURCHASED IT FROM THIS ONE LOOKS THIN AND CHEAP."

"I went on line and ordered an extra-large swing awning. The site showed it in stock with immediate shipping. Didn't hear anything for a week and then they said they were back-ordered for two months. Not good customer service to say you have something and then recant. Probably a good company, but my experience was anything but good."

"It is a poor quality. Its 1.5 -2 inches off of one end. Poor stitch quality. Completely lopsided. Im very disappointed and now have to go thru the inconvenience of trying to get a refund. "
