"I ordered a canopy in April. When it came it was the wrong size. So I ordered another one on May 24 and paid overnight shipping. Called Tuesday because Monday was a holiday and asked if I ordered the right one found the model number. The women I spoke with was not very helpful said computers were running slow and would process the order after we hung up. I tried to cancel my order since it was the wrong size and she told me it was to late. Called again Wednesday to see if the correct size will be delivered that day the women I spoke to on that day said I never called but half way through our conversation gave me a fed ex tracking number. Also your call wait is ridiculous I waited 35 minutes to speak to customer service both days. Now I have 2 canopies to return and pay shipping after I paid $120 in shipping already. No not satisfied your service is terrible but I like my canopy. Now that it fits. I had to rush order these due to my daughters graduation party. "
" Cover was delivered quickly , fit is a bit looser than other cover, This is good as previous cover tore at the hold down straps , cover seems much stronger that previous, other that that , I'll reserve final comment until some time passes and cover ages , I normally get two to three years out of a cover , up in the spring and down in the fall ."
