"I placed an order for a gazebo number LCM412G-RS Green Spruce. Upon opening the package yesterday (6/4/15) it did not seem to fit. I, of course, relied on Garden Winds to ship the order I paid for. However, when I looked at the box, I found I had been shipped LCM426 RS Green! I immediately called Customer Service at Garden Winds and spoke with Justine. She asked that I take a photo of the box and send it via email to Customer Service to her attention and referencing my order number. She said as soon as FEDEX indicated that I have given them the order to return (with the label supplied by Garden Winds) my correct order would be shipped. I photographed the box showing the label as well as the number. I do not know if I have to wait for Garden Winds to acknowledge the email or not BEFORE I can take the box to FEDEX. That should be clarified. Additionally, Justine stated that I would not be charged for the return. I look forward to receiving the correct order that I paid for."
"Generic canopy fit perfectly on our unknown 10x10 gazebo (over 10 years old & inherited from a house my son bought). Would have preferred green color instead of beige, but in the 500 denier no color choice was available. Only improvement is if Garden Winds offered CANVAS canopy replacements because our original was canvas. But considering there are 100's of varieties, they'd almost have to be special ordered. Still, I would have considered the added cost of a special order."

"So the material is awesome! However it was super hard to install onto the frame. It took us a good hour to maneuver it on because the slots where sewed into triangle endings instead of square endings to create a deeper installation pocket."
