"Trying to return a damaged shipment back to you, and requested return labels from customer service and was told by them they do not provide return labels, shipping cost for me to return package to you was $113.00, cushions cost me $179.00 plus you charged me $22.00 to ship them to me. I contacted American Express in regards to this matter, I will never purchase anything from your company again, because of the poor return policy and the unhelpful customer service reps. "Extremely pleased with the color and quality of the fabric of the replacement top for the gazebo. Also pleased with the ease of using your web site and the quick delivery of our order. The only problem is that the top tier of the replacement cover is a tiny bit too small. We can get the rods in three of the pockets but it won't stretch to the fourth. When we laid it over the one we're replacing from Target, it is about 1/4 inch off. We are going to saw a bit off the metal rod so it will fit. Seemed like too much of a hassle to return the whole order (we got side curtains too) and not sure if a new one would be any different. Hope this works! Thanks. Janice "

"I waited on hold for approximately 20 minutes to speak with a customer service representative to inquire about the status of my order. I understood that the protective swing cover was back ordered until July , but I was still waiting to receive a replacement swing canopy. The representative informed me that I would have to pay additional shipping to receive my canopy without waiting for the back ordered item. She also informed me that it was my error when I mentioned that it was not clearly conveyed on your website when I placed my order that I would have to wait for both items or pay additional shipping costs. As a result of her attitude, I decided to take my business elsewhere and cancelled my order. Not much in the way of customer appreciation or service offered with your company."

"The replacement canopy cover was delivered within 5 days of ordering and was of a higher quality than expected. It is a thicker gauge than the last one I purchased and has a plastic like coating underneath that will help make it more water resistant. I am very happy with my purchase!"
