"The canopy (2 parts) were a bit small in dimensions. I had to force the ends onto the frame. Hopefully the stitching does not come apart. The quality of the product does appear well made"

"This is the 2nd gazebo replacement I purchased and I am very disappointed. It is a totally different color than shown (more gold than beige) and the material is SO flimsy, nothing like the canvas type I was replacing. The hooks are on elasticized loops that worked ok but doubt they will hold up over time with strong sun or wind. Not happy, but it's on and I'm just hoping it lasts longer than I suspect - but doubtful it will last years like the previous replacement. DISAPPOINTING and not worth the $150 I paid for it."

"Delivered as promised.. Fitted well and easily. Probably easier to assemble and install than the original. Certainly more practical. The topmost small section is not quite right but I can manage.

"I tried to return the cushion and the return shipment was $78 with Fed Ex when Gardenwinds shipped it for $20. I called and ask if they would send me a return shipping label and charge my account for the $20 and I was told that they do not do that. I ask to speak to someone with more authority and was told there was no one who could authorize the return shipping. So I am stuck with a cushion that cost $160 because the return shipping is way too much considering the cost of the cushion. So yes, I am very dissatisfied and want others to know that your return policy is not good.

"Garden Winds is a great retailer. I have order 4 or more canopy covers and they have all worked out well. I have one still waiting to be installed on my mothers gazebo, but I know if it doesn't fit they will exchange it or refund if I can find a proper fit."
