"While the RipLock Canopy for my NorthHaven 3-Person swing is made of higher quality material and looks like it would outlast the standard canopy, it suffer from a serious flaw. It is completely waterproof! Why is this a flaw, you say? If you experience a heavy rain like we did, you will find your canopy holding about 5 gallons of water and significantly stretched out. If you don't happen to notice it until a few days later, you will also have mold growth on your canopy. Our brand-new canopy is both dirty from mold and stretched out to where the front half of it sags about 3". Also not that this is from the factory - we did not add any type of waterproofing or UV sealant to the canopy. "

Now I have to package it up, pay to ship it back, and pay 45 dollars for not being satisfied with the item. Brutal.
When you advertise an item being suitable for a certain product, why should I be charged extra because you didn't meet my needs. Again, brutal.
