However, the top canopy was extremely difficult to install over the frame because the corner pockets are too close to the center. The fit is so tight, I suspect the part will not last even one season. I suggest you talk to the manufacturer to allow a longer dimension and a smaller pocket to prevent premature tearing. I like the fabric and am happy I ordered from your firm and not from Sunjoy."

"I had ordered the item on April 14, 2015 with the knowledge that it would not be available until the end of June.
On April 28 I received an email asking for a survey response because I had purchased an item. I checked with customer service to find out if in fact my order had been sent. I was told this survey is sent out automatically and that THERE WAS A BACK ORDER ON THIS ITEM AND IT WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE END OF JULY. I should have been notified about this so that I could make other arrangements.
