"Delivery was fast A++. However, there was no possible way that canopy was going to fit the gazebo, it was made too small. More accurately, the grommets were located wrong, way wrong! According to the manufacturer returning the product for a refund is not an problem, except that they keep their $45 US for shipping and I pay another $40 to ship it back, now I'm out $100 CDN with absolutely nothing to show for it. You ripped me off, but now do the right thing and stop selling this canopy to Canadian Tire Customers."
"The cover was very difficult to put on it seemed to be 3" to short at the last corner. I called customer service , you rep. asked to send pics to show where the problem was.
