"I phoned and requested a replacement for the replacement cushion because there is a thin worn spot that I fear will turn into a tear within a few months. Additionally, I sent a picture that was difficult to capture the worn spot, but I was told that it was not a problem according to quality control or some department and my concern was completely overlooked. I requested a new replacement because you have to feel and see it and clearly explained that the picture cannot capture the problem. Nevertheless, I was told that I would have to pay for shipping to send the cushion back. I objected because I have never heard of a company not working with a customer due to something that is not of their doing. I was nice, kind and polite and made it clear that I was not trying to knit pick but feared the cushion would not hold up very long with the thin spot. I spoke with a nice customer service rep, who put her supervisor on the phone and the supervisor raised her voice at me and spoke rudely. Unfortunately I broke down in tears, told her she was rude, for her to have a nice day and hung up. I will never do business with this organization again if this is the kind of service to expect. I plan on sharing my experience with everyone, so they will not have to be treated this way. There was no willingness to make me-- the customer satisfied. "

"The canopy was an exact fit to the original. Though the material is different from the original Roth & Allen, the design structure may last longer than original (became brittle and ripped after 2 yrs).
As for Garden Winds; service was prompt and the merchandise was exactly as described on their web site. The thorough description on their web site left no surprises whether it was the correct replacement.

"Our canopy was dead. When I looked on the Garden Winds website I couldn't remember which canopy we purchased or really, when. I emailed Garden Winds customer service who was able to quickly find our last purchase - some three years ago. When the canopy arrived - on time - it fit even better than before, went up in a few minutes - and looks great! Thank you so much for your quick great service and a wonderful product...,so ,much better than having to buy all new!"

"The expediency of delivery was great. I received the canopy in less than 2 weeks from the ordering date.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the last canopy I bought from Garden Winds (which is the same one I just bought again) only lasted 4 summer seasons. ( I remove the top in winter.) The canvas fabric ripped to shreds after 4 summer seasons and I purchased the heavier material both times. I expect t the new one I just bought will again have to be replaced in 4 summer seasons.

"Garden Winds has been very informational every step of the way and truly offers one of the best warranties that I have found so far.
