"purchased a 10x12 canopy and netting for my dear elderly mother's gazebo gave this company the correct model number! The canopy and netting did not fit I had to return it! I paid this company shipping and taxes to get this item! I also had to pay to ship it back to them which I did no problem! Once they received it I received a email stating they issued my refund! I'm very disappointed that this company did not issue me my full refund they deducted the shipping and taxes and I oringinally paid this myself! I packed and shipped the item back very carefully without damage!!! I will not ever use this company again and I highly will not recommend it to family and friends!!"
