"Aside from the product not actually being 10'x10' and falling shirt by about 2", causing a very tight fit, it is of very poor quality. I will be sending it back. The description shows one thing, described and in the picture, along with my exact frame, however, what was received was nothing like expected. Second tier is so large there is no way of making it fit. The bug screen that came with it is too short, but the real kicker is the zippers don't match up to the canopy. It is completely useless. And the company is not even acknowledging the fact that the product is defective. I am afraid they are only going to issue a partial refund, amd resell the defective product. All the while I am still responsible for shipping costs as well. Horrible product, horrible company. Cheaper to buy a whole new gazebo. Will never do any business with them ever again and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. "

I called and was told to leave it in the sun and it would then stretch. No help. Now I look on the web site under that number of the swing and there is a message that they are working on a larger version. Why didn't they say that before.
