"Bought a Gazebo replacement . Quality is decent , wish there was a selection with Stranger fabric . I'd be willing to pay more....in the Florida sun they last a little over 1 year.
My neighbors has lasted 3years plus due to heavy fabric available for their Gazebo.
Very happy you have these in stock , Home Depot doesn't offer a replacement .

Website has very detailed info

"I ordered a replacement cover. Very happy with all the info they provide. My last cover lasted 5 years through very hot weather. I put it away for the winter. The cover exceeded my expectations. Well worth the money. Im glad they provide a replacement cover since the frame is still holding strong."

Short returns window

"I purchased a replacement canopy for my gazebo and can't install it until the trees above it have been trimmed. Can't get tree trimmers out for an estimate until April first. Then they will schedule the work, possibly the first week in May. By then my canopy is out of warranty. So I'm being forced to open it, spread it out in the yard to check it out, then roll it up and store it somewhere untill I can install it. Glad I didn't order it earlier and will wait until last minute in the future, unless I can find another vendor to purchase from."

Prices are too high

"It feels like you’re abusing of the fact that you are one of the only company who sales these products. Plus, the replacement canopy doesn’t last longer than 2 years. The only other option we have is to buy the entire gazebo again, which we don’t need since the frame is in good shape. "

Canopy Replacement

"The canopy cover did not fit it was too small and I paid a total of $75 with shipping and taxes. On the return they said I would get deducted only $10 for their shipping return label but my refund was only $55.05. They also took out what I originally paid for shipping they deducted the $10 from the original price and the original taxes so that is how they came to a $55 refund it should of been $65. Very bad customer service they make the customers believe you are getting a $10 deduction from your total amount that you paid. Super bad customer service and their replacements dont fit."
