"Hello, I have received the requested item, namely REPLACEMENT CANOPY FOR 10 'X 12' BELLAGIO GAZEBO. However I would have liked this one to be made with the Riplock 500 Denier Polyester Fabric and the Dura pockets. I find the material a bit thin, which can have unfortunate consequences in bad weather. Also the dimension of the gazebo is a little tight and you have to be careful and stretch as little as possible to make sure not to damage it.

"I love the quality of the new canopy. It is even better than the canopy that came with the original frame from Kohl’s. The canopy I ordered from Garden Winds was damaged by the last storm we had here on Long Island and I needed to replace it again. My only complaint is that I ordered it back in August and still have not received it. This is my second call in tracking my purchase. I checked my regular emails and spam to see if there were any updates from Garden Winds on when I can expect to receive my canopy and there were none. I understand when something is out of stock but it would be reassuring and good business to keep your customers updated."
