"I ordered a new gazebo top and it came with the wrong fittings for my gazebo! I have ordered the same top from you before and had no problems. Also can see small pin holes in top when the sun is out. When I called to discuss these issues I was told that you were aware of the incorrect fittings due to other customers calling in with the same issue. I asks for a correct replacement and was told that it would be next year before you would have the correct attachment. My options were to send it back for a refund or a 20% credit. I needed the cover for this season so I didn't want to send it back. I had to change the fittings on my end to make it work. I received the 20% credit but was not satisfied with that due to all the hassle it took to make it work. Due to it was not my error and you could not replace it I expected a better credit then the 20%. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told no one could do anything different. Also being you knew about this issue it looks like someone should have advised your customers before they tried to make the install!! This makes my third replacement and will most likely be my last due to poor customer service."
