"I ordered a gazebo top (picture and dimensions were included in the order). Cheaply made and didn’t fit although they assured me it was the right top. Velcro tabs wouldn’t have held up in a medium wind. Sent it back and they took $10.00 off the refund for return postage. Not worth the effort. "
"I had a hard time finding a replacement canopy for my swing, but was delighted when I found this one. I ordered it with no idea of whether or not it would fit, but it fit perfectly. I also bought replacement seat pads for the swing, which were awesome, and a replacement umbrella for an eleven-foot off-set umbrella. My patio looks amazing! Thank you, Garden Winds!"

"My backyard came with a patio cover. Over time the canopy ripped during a wind storm. I reached out to Garden Winds after looking for an item tag. They were able to identify and confirm the canopy model that was compatible with my patio cover even without the item number. When I had a missing delivery (UPS left it at the wrong house 3 blocks away), Gardens Winds was responsive and willing to help. Luckily they didn't have to move forward since my neighbor drove the canopy over.
