"When I was purchasing my item I wanted to see how much two of the same items would be. After seeing the cost, I decided not to buy two just one. I removed the second item but during checkout it placed the second item back on my account. I called the company to let them know of the mistake, but the customer service representative hung up on me. So I emailed Garden Winds about 10 minutes later. But three or four days later I was told by email there was nothing they could do because it had already shipped. I think that was very poor customer service on there part."
