"Sent the WRONG canopy even though it was ordered correctly. I have to wait until the item is received back at the factory to be issued my refund, and then it take almost a week from that point to get money back. What's worse, is that they have no more stock until JULY on the one I should have been sent in the first place. REFUSED to send me an overnight label to speed up shipping to be issued a refund for THEIR mistake. Required me to print out an emailed label because they never sent one in the box, AND I have to take photos to prove THEY screwed me.

"Care should be taken when cutting open the replacement canopy packaging. It is very easy to cut into the canopy fabric. I was very lucky to have not cut it. I would suggest Garden Winds use a protective piece of cardboard between the fabric and the carton flaps.
