"Last year I purchased three different canopies and had to return them all from different vendors trying to find the right size. This year I took a picture then within 30 seconds they knew which one it was I ordered it it fit perfectly love it!"
"I received my canopy to find it ripping out on the top. I paid $ 129.00 for the item, shipping time was excellent but now if I send it back they won't just exchange it, the company receives the item, refunds your money and then you can order another one. Or you can just go on and spend the money all over again, so you dont have to wait for s month for your canopy. These dats who had that kind of money to throw around. The quality of there product is okay, but last years had pinholes in it so you could see through it and now this.
Thinking maybe the quality is going down and may seek somewhere else to replace my canopy and maybe it will last longer than just one year"
"We ordered a replacement 10 x 12 canopy for our Pinehurst gazebo on Monday, April 20 and received it Monday, April 27. I was extremely pleased with the speedy shipping and the quality of the product. The reason I gave this 3 stars instead of 5 is because the fit was slightly "off". After verifying multiple times we were installing it correctly, the 12ft side was lacking approximately 6in. in order to get to fit over the posts. My husband had to modify the frame and drill new holes to secure it. We normally have to replace gazebos every 3-4 years so if we can extend the life of this one for another few I will be satisfied!
I am not blaming the company or the product, sizing may be accurate and the frame may have warped over the last 3 years in this Ohio weather. Pretty sure metal doesn't "shrink" but again, overall we are very pleased with the replacement."
