This will be the last purchase, the last time I will ever order anything from Garden winds. your customer service representative was condescending and rude. it was apparent that I made a mistake because I was confused by the webpage that I was on in ordering the canopy top that I needed. I mentioned it to the customer service that the page was very confusing, and why would it let me select a different canopy than what I needed. Your customer service rep proceeded to laugh and tell me that I was wrong and that there is no confusion and furthermore became condescending and arrogant. I needed to return the original canopy and I found that to be unnecessary and ignorant. I have already completed a review and have not been contacted by anyone from Garden winds. Not surprised since The way I was treated by the customer service representative. "
