"I bought the replacement canopy cover for ours that had gotten old and ripped up. The new cover was better than the old one, better material and lots of grommets to let wind pass through without ripping the fabric. Highly recommended. "
"I ordered a canopy replacement, within 30 min I decided to just wait as I would just purchase a new swing. I contacted them immediately so the order would not process on a Sunday. I had paid for shipping already. I requested a refund before the product left their facility. After they refused to refund the product on the same day I purchased it and before it shipped, I requested they just hold the product so I would not have to pay shipping back. They refused to. Long story short I had to pay for shipping 2 times for a product I cancelled the order within an hour on a Sunday. Rude, unprofessional and will never use the company again. Never thought I was asking for to much. Everyone needs business especially during the corona virus shut down. Garden winds is all about the $$$"

"We had ordered from Garden Winds before - a replacement for the canopy on our large 3-person Swing. Totally no fault of theirs - we ordered the wrong canopy. It was still usable, but required my husband's modifications to improve the fit. We did not contact Garden Winds or request a replacement, which is totally "on us" because I have no doubt that they would have remedied this. This time, we decided to take advantage of sending them a photo of the swing frame and getting their recommendation for the proper canopy to purchase. The new one arrived - timely - considering the limitations during our "shelter-in-place" virus situation here in Vermont. My husband and I installed the new canopy and the fit was perfect!!! Very snug, and took a bit of effort, but the results were so pleasing, it was more than worth it! When I emailed Garden Winds, sending pictures of the swing, I received a prompt, courteous reply. We plan on purchasing a replacement cushion soon and it will most definitely be from Garden Winds!"

"Although this replacement canopy fit my existing gazebo, it was an extremely tight fit and required a lot of pulling and stretching to make it fit. Not sure if this is supposed to be normal. It remains to be seen if it is durable. "
