"I have not yet received my order nor have I received any notification of the status of my order, only that it is “in process.” I feel that I should have some notice by now since I placed my order on 3/25/20. I tried checking my order status on your Web site and it indicated that I should call the customer service number. When I called the customer service number the recording directed me to go to the Web site and click on order status at the bottom of the page which is where I started in the first place. Very frustrating! I would appreciate it if someone from customer service could get back to me and let me know what the hold-up is."

Wish I could say the cover fit but! Just as they said, if I had a large gazebo it would not fit. And there, brother in law with saw quickly sized down the ends and viola! It fit. And the whole time, I said... they said it won’t fit! I can send it back! "
"I keep buying a replacement canopy every two years. I am fine replacing it as the sun, wind, and rain does age the product. This years came with a note additional grommets can be added to prevent water puddling and sagging of the canopy. I have added grommets on the last couple of canopies. I am disappointed that the manufacturer knows there is a problem and doesn’t correct the design. I have no problem with the customer service from Garden Winds, only wish they had a better product"

"Our canopy for our deck frame wore out and since we bought it several years ago I was worried that we would not find one that would FIT it. Luckily we found Garden Wind and they had one that we felt would fit our frame. We don't have it up permanently as the weather doesn't permit it but we tried it and it fits perfectly.
