"I bought 2 Gazebo tops recently. 1 this year and 1 late last year. We have had our Gazebos for 20+ years. When the original tops wore out after several years we purchased new tops from Garden Winds. Those tops were of good quality canvas. Now after several years again, we needed to replace them. These 2 recent purchases are already ripped to shreds!! The canvas is MUCH lighter than the canvass first purchased from Garden Winds. The velcro is smaller - therefore less "holding" power. The design of the "vents - vent flaps" in the top is different and doesn't allow enough air release. I ordered the same grade/gauge as I did the first time, but the quality of the 2 recent ones is FAR below what I ordered! In the past we had "gale force" winds that blew the tops out of trees, but didn't shred (and didn't even slightly rip) the heavier canvas gazebo tops!! The "winds" that shredded the recently purchased tops would be considered "slight breeze" in comparison! In the past I boasted about the good quality of the product and recommended Garden Winds to several people. I won't anymore!"

"Ordered a replacement canopy for my Aldi Pergola and it had grommets all over the top to let the rain drain. It was NOT listed in the description, nor shown in the photos online. The one from Aldi did not have grommets, which is what I prefer and expected. In addition, it did not have zippers. The customer service rep. had no clue about the item and said the photos and descriptions were generic and it is a generic remake. She would NOT honor a refund for the shipping to and return even though it was not like the original Aldi Pergola that they falsely claim it to be! In addition, she was VERY rude and had poor customer service!!!!!!"
