"Ordered a canopy for outdoor swing, product arrived promptly and well packaged. Canopy came with instructions saying grommets needed to be added. I can see after a day of light rain that they are necessary, but why were they not installed when canopy fabricated. Fabric is too light weight to hold up, instruction even say to bring inside during rain! I cannot imagine taking it on and off for every rain forecast. "
"Moved into a new house last year, with an old gazebo frame in the back but no canopy. Garden Winds' staff was not able to identify the brand and match it, so I had to go with the "universal" canopy. It fits pretty well. I was a little frustrated that the "care instructions" said to add more grommets to the canopy for better drainage, without giving any guidance on how to do that or what tools you would need. I am sure I can figure it out, but...
