"The product description said it was approximately 12 f tx12 ft so I measured my frame and it was only 10 ft x10 ft so I used their option to send in a pic and they will tell me if the cover will fit. They sent me a message right away telling me which cover would fit, so I bought the cover. I am very impressed with their customer service, fast turn around and they take the risk if it doesn't fit. When I got the cover it was about 1 inch to small and the corner pockets would not fit over the frame. I had to cut an inch off of my frame on 2 corners. It was not a big deal for me to do, however some folks may not have the tools to modify their frame. Other than the simple modification everything went perfectly. "
